First	Dick and Holmes Congdon [Dick's guest for the summer] in the row boat and Libbet [EAF] with her guest, [Caroline Beach]  in the "other" boat of unknown origin.  Maybe the folks were trying out a motorized mode to replace the arm-tiring oars??
